Applications of AV Technology

AV or audio-visual technology is the technology which possesses both sound and visual component like slide-tape presentations, films, television programmes, church or prayer meetings and live theatre programmes. AV service providers often offer web streaming, video conferencing and live broadcast services.

Computer-based audio-visual equipment is widely used in the field of education, as many schools and universities are installing projection equipment to be able to use white board interaction technology. The single biggest reason behind this increase is the hike in demand for networked audio-visual products due to the integration of audio0visual technology and IT technology. The two leading markets for AV equipment continue to be flourishing in the fields of business, IT and education, especially as conference room technologies becoming more advanced. Some other fields audio-visual technology is being widely used are medicine, telecommunications, military, prayer places, retail markets, etc. for more effective boardroom communications.

Audio-visual technology is more helpful to disabled and older people to acquire necessary information and knowledge who are enthusiastic to excel in studies with more effective style of interaction.
